Serge jumped to another town for the second LAGA arrest of the day. Two traffickers arrested with 9 ape skulls - 4 gorillas and 5 chimps, and a live crocodile. This shocking images of the illegal trade in great apes are just a snapshot of ongoing regular trade generating the killing of the last remaining apes.
The wildlife authorities and the forces of law and order of the East province collaborated well. Gilbert remains for interrogation and legal follow up to ensure these guys stay behind bars.
